Lyndale Avenue Public Information Meeting - Postponed

In light of the tragic events in Minneapolis yesterday, we are cancelling
tonight's Lyndale Avenue public information meeting.  The meeting was
scheduled for 7:00 - 8:30 PM tonight at Martin Luther King recreation
Center, 4055 Nicollet Avenue South.  City and county transportation staff as
assisting in work around the I-35W bridge collapse.  The Lyndale Avenue
meeting will be rescheduled for a future date.  Please help us disseminate
this information to all who may be planning to attend.  Please let me know
if you have additional questions or need further information.

Blaisdell YMCA Car Wash to Benefit the Red Cross
Our Blaisdell YMCA Summer Program youth and staff have organized a car wash
and lemonade stand for Friday afternoon, August 3rd to raise money for the
Red Cross to help support our community at this time. Here are the details:
What: Car Wash and Lemonade Stand
Where: Blaisdell YMCA East Parking Lot (faces the 3310 Nicollet Condos. You
can enter this lot directly from 33rd street). 3335 Blaisdell Ave. S.
When: Thursday, Aug. 3rd, 3-5:30pm
Cost: Free Will Donation. All money raised will be donated to the Red Cross.
We hope you are able to stop by today. The kids are excited to help and do
something. Please contact Matt Tompkins at the YMCA if there are any
questions.
